Meditation I Use To Help Me Sleep :
Start off by tensing your whole body and slowly release from shoulders down.
Then start breathing slow deep breathes in and out for 2 to 3 minuets.
After 2 or 3 minuets of breathing you start to realise you are on top of a hill,
you can see the ocean and sand down below and to the left hand side there are 12
steps that take you down to the sand, walk over to them and start to go down
every step is a breathe in or out. You can hear the ocean hitting gently off rocks.
when you get to the sand you can feel it so warm on your feet it feels so comforting. Walk to the edge of the ocean and look up there are little fluffy clouds above you
reach up and pull down the biggest and most fluffy cloud you can see, pull it down
and place it on top the water once it is on the water step on it and lay down.
Allow your self to be peaceful and relaxed once you have settled on the cloud and
you feel you are settled allow the cloud to float off into the middle of the ocean
put your hand in the water.As you float look up into the sky and watch the birds
and clouds pass by you and let it take you to where you want to be.
